With provider traits, we can now rewrite our ad-hoc serialize functions to implement the SerializeImpl provider trait. For the case of DurationDef, we would implement the trait with Duration specified as the value type in the generic parameter, whereas after the for keyword, we use DurationDef as the Self type to implement SerializeImpl.
